All boto swimwear products are 100% guaranteed. If the shorts do not fit well we will be happy to exchange them for another size. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations we will gladly provide a full refund.
Please return product with the hang tag secured, the polybag and the original packing slip. If you have misplaced the packing slip, please include your name and order number with the shipment.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from date of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges
You can exchange your swimshorts for another size or style. We just ask that you try them on with your underwear.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Boto will not pay return shipping costs. Please send products back with your preferred carrier and keep the tracking information for your reference.
